Neighborhood Art on Wheels exists to help communities and students utilize artistic interventions with the use of bike-mobilized media disseminators to solve problems, address issues and create connections between people.

Graduate Art Department students TJ Barnes and Peter Haakon Thompson are working as research fellows over the summer. They are receiving support from the Department of Art through a GRPP (Graduate Research Partnership Program) in addition to working with CURA (Center for Urban and Regional Affairs) and specifically with the Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization (NPCR) program headed by Kris Nelson.
